Notice of May Meeting and Election of Officers

Wow this year has flown by and its already time for our last meeting of the year and the election of officers to guide our chapter for the 2012-2013 year. We are very fortunate to have a fantastic slate of officers to present to the membership and I want to say a special thank you to David Anderson, Mike Taylor and Tony Oliva for putting such a great slate together. The following nominations have been made:

President: Ryan Zilm
Vice President: Ron Taylor
Secretary: Rhonda Hazelrigg – second term
Treasure: Fred Menge – second term
Director – Membership: Kisha Jefferson
Director at Large: Darlene Smrke

Nominations from the floor for any position will also be accepted, so if anyone has any interest in serving your ARMA Tulsa Chapter next year, please make your wishes known by making a nomination at the meeting.

Ryan Zilm, Records Manager of Newfield Exploration Company, will be our guest speaker. Ryan's presentation will cover the various training certifications offered for those in the records and information management profession and will review the various requirements and benefits of those certifications, including the ERM certification ARMA Tulsa will be sponsoring in September.
